These Terms govern your use of trypeakclear.com and any purchase you make from PeakClear. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products and health disclaimer

PeakClear products are natural health products. The information on this site is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from your healthcare practitioner. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results vary.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

If you enrol in Subscribe & Save, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis every 30 days at the price shown at enrolment, until you cancel. You may cancel or pause at any time from your account or by emailing supportpeakclear@proton.me, with no cancellation fee. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid that charge.

Shipping

Shipping options, timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, images, logos and the PeakClear name, is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
