Where we ship

Verolae ships within Australia, to all states and territories. All prices and shipping charges are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping rates

• Shipping + Track & Trace — A$2.95. Flat rate on every order, with tracking included.

Your shipping options and their cost are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second notification when it ships.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery within Australia typically takes 8–14 days depending on your location. Metropolitan addresses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin are usually at the shorter end of that range. Regional and remote addresses — including remote parts of Western Australia, the Northern Territory, far north Queensland and Tasmania — take longer, and remote-area deliveries can fall outside the range above. Australian public holidays, including national holidays and state or territory holidays, add time, as do peak periods such as Christmas. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Every order ships with Track & Trace. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to begin updating.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at support@verolae.com and we will help resolve it.
